Another Passion... FOOD!

A Brunch Table-scape

Prosecco and Champagne glasses for Mimosas

Brie en Croute served with Water Crackers and a Pear, Walnut, and Grand Marnier Jelly

Tips for a Successful Brunch:
  • A great and inexpensive way to make a mimosa is to use Prosecco (an Italian Sparkling Wine) and Orange Juice.
  • The Brie en Croute is a delicious and elegant hors d'oeuvres. To make this brie, use a wheel of Brie and wrap it with Puff Pastry. Bake it in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown at 250 degrees Fahrenheit. To serve the Brie en Croute you can use Water Crackers and add extra flavor with honey, a fruit glaze or marmalade, or nuts.
Where to Buy Prosecco:

The Prosecco I prefer is Mionetto Prosecco. It can be found in Crown Wine and Spirits as well as some Grocery Stores. Here is a link to order it online: Buy Prosecco Here!
